Useful first
No novelty products. Every item must solve a real daily need.
A youth-led social enterprise
We make useful, sustainable products at fair prices—and turn everyday purchases into practical support for families facing rising living costs.
Big Muscle means the strength we build together—not physical size.
When food, housing and transport cost more, simple household essentials become another pressure. Big Muscle is built around a direct idea: sell things people genuinely use, keep the value clear, and use business to strengthen the community.
We are starting small, testing openly and building a model that can grow without losing its purpose.
Read our launch targetsNo novelty products. Every item must solve a real daily need.
Simple ranges, honest pricing and fewer unnecessary extras.
Planned contributions and progress shared in plain language.
These global figures explain why affordable essentials and practical community support still matter. Local evidence will be added once our pilot community is confirmed.
The World Bank’s current international extreme-poverty line is $3.00 per person per day.
World Bank source ↗The average global cost of a healthy diet reached $4.28 per person per day in purchasing-power terms.
World Bank source ↗Next research task: confirm the exact city, school community or local group the pilot will support, then replace general context with local evidence.
Concept products for our first school and community pilot.
A durable stainless-steel bottle designed to replace disposable drinks at school and on the move.
A refillable household essential with a concentrated refill option to reduce packaging and transport.
A strong recycled-fabric tote that supports daily shopping and reduces single-use bags.
These are pilot concepts, not products currently available for purchase. Final materials, prices and contribution amounts will be confirmed after testing.
Our planned pilot model connects a useful product to a transparent community contribution.
Choose well
We keep the first range focused, practical and designed for repeated use.
Fund the mission
The contribution is planned into the business model, not added as a last-minute donation.
Show the result
Working with a verified local partner, the fund will help provide household and student essentials. Pilot updates will show what was funded.

What community strength can look like.
WE WILL NOT PRETEND WE HAVE CHANGED THE WORLD BEFORE WE START.
Launch targets only—not completed impact. They will be reviewed after supplier pricing and partner checks.
Big Muscle is jointly led by three Co-Chief Executive Officers. They share major decisions while leading different parts of the enterprise.

Community Impact & Business Development
Jude helps decide the future direction of Big Muscle and makes sure its social mission remains part of every major business decision. He leads community impact and business development, introducing the enterprise to students, families, community groups and possible partner organizations. Jude actively looks for new business opportunities, promotes the products and builds relationships with potential customers. He also develops partnerships that can expand the company’s customer base and strengthen its social influence. By following community projects and explaining their results, Jude connects business growth with real community needs—helping Big Muscle attract new customers while creating meaningful and visible social value.

Product Quality & Customer Relations
Franko shares responsibility for the management and major decisions of Big Muscle. He leads product quality and customer relations, making sure every product is useful, reliable, affordable and suitable for its intended customers. Franko supports product testing, reviews materials and identifies possible quality problems before a product reaches the market. He also studies different customer groups to understand what they need, what they value and how their expectations may change. By collecting feedback and maintaining direct communication with customers, Franko helps the enterprise improve its products and build long-term trust. His leadership ensures that Big Muscle offers products people genuinely need—not simply products designed to make a sale.

Marketing & Operations
Steven helps lead the overall development of Big Muscle and takes part in the company’s major strategic decisions. He leads marketing and business operations, developing promotional strategies and planning how the enterprise can gain attention in a competitive market. Steven also organizes the company’s daily work by assigning tasks, setting deadlines, monitoring progress and making sure each part of the team works together effectively. He studies market trends and customer feedback to improve both the products and the way the company communicates. By connecting ideas with practical action, Steven helps Big Muscle grow in an organized, financially realistic and mission-focused way.
We would rather show what is still being decided than make promises we cannot yet prove.
Not yet. The three products shown are pilot concepts. The first launch product will be selected after supplier research and customer testing.
The exact amount has not been fixed. It will be calculated only after we confirm unit costs, selling price and a financially sustainable profit margin.
Our intention is to support families or students facing pressure from rising living costs. A specific pilot community and verified local partner still need to be confirmed.
We plan to track pilot orders, money allocated to the Community Kit Fund, kits supported and evidence from the delivery partner, then publish one clear pilot report.
